Performance Mindset Workshop

Performance Mindset Training is the process of developing a consistent elite mental performance under pressure and on demand during competition. In this course you will learn the tools and skills from a NFL/NCAA top performance mindset coach to give you the mental edge in the sport(s) you compete in. These skills will help you overcome performance anxiety and give you the mental preparation to have an edge over your competitors.

Workshop Speaker

Joe Jardine is a performance mindset coach for elite athletes and coaches in the NFL and NCAA. He is privileged to work with athletes and coaches from several organizations including the Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions, LA Rams, USC, CAL, UCLA, Northwestern, Notre Dame and more. Joe has a private practice in Orange County California, and is a Sports Psychology Professor at Vanguard University.
